This kit will fit the Yamaha TDR 250 & 240 1988 - 1991

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with black anodised aluminium bolts.

This kit is not designed to completely fix every fairing panel, and won’t include fixings for inner panels that attach to the outer fairings. We have packs of self tapping screws available in our shop which are used to attach these panels. You can add these to your order.

This kit features black anodised aluminium pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) for the fairings and 12mm (m5) for the screen. These bolts are aluminium which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and are light weight.

These are not Yamaha bolts, they are bolts we have had made from aluminium to replace/upgrade the standard Yamaha bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding bolt from Speedy Fasteners.
