Yamaha R6 2006-2007 Fairing Bolt Screw Clip Kit Black Aluminium

This kit will fit all Yamaha R6 models between 2006 and 2007.

This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and fixings securing the:

Upper Fairing / Cowl
Screen
Belly Pan / Lower Fairing
Front Mudguard / Fender
Rear Mudguard / Hugger
Rear Fairing
Undertray (plastic screw rivets)

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing bolts with black anodised aluminium bolts.

Also not everybody wants to change the rubber fairing grommets. This kit does NOT include the rubber fairing and front mudguard grommets. Not everybody wants to change these, and to keep the costs down they are not in this kit. To add these to your kit please search for:-

This kit features high quality anodised aluminium pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5), 14mm (m6) and large (18mm diameter) headed shoulder bolts. These bolts are aluminium which won't rust, but please note they are softer than steel bolts so care must be taken when tightening. We will include a couple of extra pack of spare bolts incase any get rounded off when tightening.

These are not Yamaha bolts, but have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit includes all the spacers/shoulders required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. These spacers are made from stainless steel to prolong the life of this bolt kit.
