Suzuki DR-Z Airbox Cover Air Filter Bolts Dzus Kit DRZ400 DRZ 400 250 DRZ250

This kit is designed especially for the Suzuki DR-Z models post year 2000. Great for DR-Z250 and DR-Z400.

We have 2 types of kit available, the fairing bodywork plastics bolt kit in stainless steel with the option to include Dzus Fasteners or not.

The bolt kit provides new stainless steel bolt for around headlight cowling, main plastic bodywork panels, front mudguard, fork covers and rear seat & seat strap bolts.

The Dzus Fasteners will replace the original quick release fasteners that holds on the airbox cover along with new clips/receptacles and washers. You can choose to have JUST the Airbox Dzus Fasteners and not the other bolts.

You can choose to have Crosshead or D-Ring Dzus Fasteners.

The Bolt & Dzus kit includes:

21x Stainless Steel Bolts

21x Nylon Washers

3x 25mm Dzus Studs

3x Rivet-On Receptacles (inc rivets)

3x Retaining Washers

3x Dzus Clear Washers

These are 100% genuine Dzus, made to the high standards required by aviation, GP & F1. If you see any cheaper kits they are most likely replicas made cheaply in China, don't take the risk!
