Kawasaki 636 Ninja ZX-6R ZX6R 2005-2008 Stainless Fairing & Screen Bolt Screw Well Nut Kit

This kit will fit Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R & ZX-6RR models from 2005 to 2008.

Included in this 105 piece kit are
27 Well Nuts
39 Stainless Steel Bolts
39 Nylon Washers.

This kit will replace all visible bolts securing the upper and lower main fairings, rear fairings as well as the front screen to the nose cone. This kit also includes 27 new Wellnuts that are worth replacing whilst the fairings are off.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts.

This kit is not designed to completely fix every fairing panel, and won’t include fixings for inner panels that attach to the outer fairings. We have packs of self tapping screws available in oue ebay shop which are used to attach these panels. You can add these to your order.

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel button flange head bolts with a head diameter of 12mm. Also included are large pan head m6 bolts with a head dimeter of 14mm. These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years.

These are not Kawasaki bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Kawasaki bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.
