Yamaha FZS600 Fazer 600 2002-2004 Black Aluminium Bolt Fairing Clips Screws Kit

Fits Yamaha FZS600 Fazer 600 2002-2004 “Foxeye” model

Please note the pictures above are generic. They best represent the kit but the quantities will be different. No actual fairing panels are included, only fixings!

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with Black Aluminium bolts.

This kit features high quality Black Aluminium pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6). These bolts are Black Aluminium which are better than standard OEM zinc plated bolts.

These are not Yamaha bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Aluminium to replace/upgrade the standard Yamaha bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and fixings securing the:

Upper Fairing / Cowl / In-Fill Panel

Screen

Front Fender

Rear Fairing - Including Rear Handle Bolts

Included in this 63 piece kit are

23 Black Aluminium Bolts

23 Nylon Washers

7 Well Nuts

4 Fairing Spring Clips

2 Plastic Screw Rivets

This kit is made of high quality products at low prices. If bought from Yamaha, these parts will cost you $1.84 (1x bolt) and $3.38 (1x well nut).

These are not original Yamaha bolts, but are equivalents to these part numbers:
