Suzuki RGV250 VJ21 1988-1990 Fairing with Dzus Fasteners & Bolts Black Aluminium Screws

This kit will fit the Suzuki RGV 250 RGV250 VJ21 models.

This kit DOES contain the Dzus Fasteners, please see the other RGV JV21 kit for a cheaper kit that replaces the Dzus Fasteners with threaded bolts.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with black anodised aluminium bolts. The Black Dzus Fasteners supplied with this kit have Allen Key (Hexagon) Head Dzus bolts. These are Genuine Dzis Fasteners, not copies.

This kit features high quality Black Anodised Aluminium Pan Head Bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5), 14mm (m6) and large (18mm diameter) headed shoulder bolts. These bolts are aluminium which are lighter than steel but softer. We include some spare bolts, just in-case!

These are not Suzuki bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Aluminium to replace/upgrade the standard Suzuki bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit includes all the required shoulder on the bolts or separate slide-on spacers/collars required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing.
