Lotus Exige Quick Release Dzus Fasteners Bolts Rear Diffuser & Under Tray 24 pcs

This is a quarter-turn quick release kit designed for a Lotus Exige but will fit an Elise or VX220. It replaces the existing m5 size bolts and clips on the rear diffuser (original m8 bolts are retained).

It comes with 24 bolts in total and 96 parts all together. Enough to convert the rear undertray and rear diffuser to quick release!

This quick release kit saves a great deal of time when changing the rear undertrays, making them oil changes and pre-track day inspections a lot easier. Also comes with nylon retaining washers to keep the studs in place when unfastening.

These "bail" style heads provide easy operation of the fasteners. You do not need to fiddle around with tools and they do not hang down when upside-down. However if you wish, you can remove the loop and operate fastener using a flat screwdriver.

The clips are made from A2 stainless steel, the fasteners are made from zinc plate with chromate plus sealer to ensure they do not rust.

We have sourced improved retaining washers to prevent studs from dropping from undertray when being removed.
