Yamaha TZR 250 1991-1996 3XV STD RS Stainless Steel Bolts Screw Fixings Kit - Dzus Fastener Option

This kit will fit the Yamaha TZR 250 3XV STD & RS models between 1991 and 1996.

Please choose if you want the Dzus Fasteners or if you want the kit that replaces the Dzus with well Nuts and Bolts.

Please note the pictures above are generic. They best represent the kit but the quantities will be different. No actual fairing panels are included, only fixings!

The bolts are as near to the original Yamaha bolts as we can get. They all have a flanged button head with a 4mm Allen Key hex in the top.

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel Pan Head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6). Also included are shouldered bolts with a large 18mm diameter pan head. These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years.

These are not Yamaha bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Yamaha bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and fixings securing the:
Upper Fairing / Cowl
Windshield / Screen
Mirrors
Belly Pan / Lower Fairing
Rear Fairing
Front Mudguard/Fender
Rear Mudguard/Hugger

31 Stainless Steel Bolts
31 Nylon Washers
6 Flange Nuts for Screen
2 Acorn Nuts for Mirrors
