Shipping policy

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, but you can opt for express delivery and pay extra for the faster shipping. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery as the Express option. Royal Mail 48 aim to deliver within 48 hours, but it is often a few days longer than this. Please bear in mind they won't class the parcel as lost until 15 working days have passed. You will get a tracking number when ordering.

EU and ROW Shipping

We use Royal Mail International Tracked as standard. Royal Mail can take between 3 days and 3 weeks to arrive depending on country and efficiency of the customs department. We no longer offer an Express Shipping option for International orders as we've been constantly let down with collections and delivery issues.
